Designing and building an AI-powered conversational wellness experience
Aurora Calm is a self-directed exploratory project I took on to expand and demonstrate my ability to move beyond product design into hands-on implementation.
I designed the conversational experience and interface, then worked directly with the code to turn the concept into a functioning prototype. Rather than treating development as a handoff, I used the project to explore how design decisions translate into a working AI experience—building, testing, troubleshooting and iterating as I went.
The prototype is still evolving and is not intended to be a finished commercial product.
